Return Policy For Boxed Products
To obtain a refund on a boxed product that was delivered to you, you
must follow the following guidelines. If you wish to return downloaded
product you purchased, please refer to Morovia Refund Policy for Downloaded
Software.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Morovia Corporation. Refunds will
not be made towards unauthorized items.
Product not purchased directly from Morovia must be returned to the
retailer and is subject to the retailer’s return policy.
Returned products must be complete of all components (CD, manuals,
software carton etc.) that comprised the original shipment. No credit will
be issued for incomplete Morovia products.
All returned must be received in 30 days after the purchase if you
reside in US or Canada. International customers have 45 days to complete
the return process otherwise the request will be rejected.
All returns must have a Return merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
that displayed on the outside of the return package. To receive an RMA
please contact return@morovia.com.
Morovia will not refund the shipping and handling charges for every
return.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the product was originally
purchased. If you purchased by check, Morovia will send you a check. If you
purchase by credit card, your account will be credited.
Items must be returned to Canada headquarter.
Return Policy For Downloaded Software
To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online
download, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by Morovia
Corporation (Morovia) as described below. Your right to obtain a refund
for downloaded software lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (described below) must be made to
Morovia within 30 days of the date Morovia made the software available to
you for download (the "Purchase Date"), and Morovia must receive, at its
offices, your fully completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction
within 35 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the
Affidavit has been received by Morovia, or if the time requirements
described above are not met. Morovia is not responsible for lost or
misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system
delays.
Products not purchased directly from Morovia must be returned to the
place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies
of the place of purchase.
If the manual and CD for the software were purchased in the form of an
Download Kit at time of the download software purchase, its return will be
required (and a refund given) as a part of this return process.
To receive a refund for downloaded software purchases from Morovia, you
must obtain from Morovia an Affidavit of Software Destruction (described
below), and complete and return the Affidavit to Morovia along with the
manual and CD if the Download Kit was purchased. No credit will be issued
for incomplete or non-Morovia component returns. You must also destroy all
copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as
uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where
you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of
Software Destruction to Morovia (and the Download Kit, if applicable), all
licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated,
and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights
as well as other intellectual property rights.
All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by Morovia clearly displayed on the
form. To receive a RMA #, e-mail us at return@Morovia.com,
or write to: Morovia Corp., 610 Alden Road, STE 205, Markham, Ontario, Canada. You must
provide sufficient information for Morovia to be able to identify your
transaction, such as the Morovia order number and/or invoice number and/or
date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered. If Morovia
is able to identify your order, and the request is made within the
timeframe discussed above, you will be given a RMA # as well as a copy of
the Affidavit of Software Destruction ready for completion and return to
Morovia.
When making your request for an RMA, please provide Morovia with your
e-mail address if you can receive and print a document in Adobe Acrobat®
(or ".pdf") format. If you are not able to receive the form by e-mail in a
.pdf format, you must also provide us with a fax number or mailing address
to receive the form. Remember, no matter how you choose to receive and/or
return the form, you are still responsible for meeting the limited time
rule discussed above. You must fill out any missing information on the
Affidavit of Software Destruction, sign and date the Affidavit, and return
it to Morovia as instructed on the form.
When Morovia receives your properly completed and signed Affidavit of
Software Destruction (and Download Kit, if applicable) within the timeframe
discussed above, Morovia Software will provide a refund to you of the
amount you paid for the software plus refund any appropriate taxes charged
with that order. Morovia will not refund any shipping or handling charges
that may have been charged to you. Refunds will be made in the same manner
as you purchased the product. If you purchased by check, Morovia will send
you a check, so please be sure we have your mailing address. If you
purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If you
purchased by company purchase order, your account will be credited.
