8-digit upc Encoding

Hi ,
I am just wondering if UPC Barcode font MRV UEBXSA supports 8-digit UPC codes. I know this font works fine with 12-digit upc codes. How do I encode 8-digit upc code to print using XML BI Publisher. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 8-digit code could be UPC-E or EAN-8. You can get the barcode string from FontPal.
