No. MRVUEBXSA is used to produce UPC-A / EAN-13 barcodes.

The UCC/EAN-14 is so called because it was proposed by UCC/EAN (now GS1) and consists of 14 digits. For a UPC-A number, it is

Package Indicator + 0 + (first 11 digits of UPC-A number) + Mod 10 checksum

For an EAN-13 number it is

PI + (first 12 digits of EAN-13) + Mod 10 checksum

The barcodes come in two forms: Interleaved 2 of 5 and EAN-128. The Interleaved 2 of 5 encodes the whole 14 digits. The EAN-128 format requires AI=01.

To create Interleaved 2 of 5 barcodes, use Morovia Interleaved 2 of 5 fontware.

To create SCC-14 in EAN-128 format, use Morovia Code128 Fontware.
