Interleaved 2 of 5 Barcode Fonts
Morovia ITF25 Fontware allows you to print Interleaved 2 of 5 (also known as USS ITF25, SSC-14, I 2 of 5) barcode symbols from Windows.
In addition to the fonts in a variety of formats, Morovia ITF25 Fontware also includes complete documentation, samples, macros and plug-ins to support application integration. Morovia ITF25 Fontware contains 10 different versions of font which allow you print any sizes of barcode fit in your application.
Attention Asian customers: this interleaved 2 of 5 packages uses extended characters. To use this font package on a double-byte Windows platform, you need to order a double-byte version of this product. Contactus for details.
The whole package contains 10 different versions of Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode fonts in true type and PostScript type 1 formats (Windows and Macintosh versions). PCL fonts are also included in the package. Complete documentation, samples and a collection of source code and utilities packaged to assist application integration, termed as Morovia Font Tools are also included in the package.
Special note: the Narrow to Wide Ratio is fixed 3.0 to all I2of5 fonts. We also have I2of5 fonts with ratio 2.5 and 2.0 to accommodate the requirements in different countries. If you need fonts in another ratio other than the default 3.0, write to support@morovia.com after you purchase this product. We will be glad to send a copy to you.

- The measure unit for font height is inch (1 inch = 2.54cm).
- CPI - Characters Per Inch. When calculating the actual length, you need count the two start/stop characters.
- The height refers to the actual bar height, not the height of the font when rasterized. The font is scaled both in horizontally and vertically, to calculate the size under a different point size, use formula: (size_at_12_pt)*actual_point_size/12.
Special Character Mapping
Interleaved 2 of 5 is designed to encode numeric data. Its density is very high since both widths of bars and spaces are used for encoding, and the pattern of numbers in odd position is intertwined with these in even number. To be encoded successfully, the total length of the message must be even. Since Morovia Interleaved 25 Barcode Font can have an optional check digit, you can only encode a message in even length without check digit, or a message in odd length if the check digit is required.
The start character is mapped to 0xca(Ê), and the stop character is mapped to 0xcb(Ë). To find out how the numbers are encoded, looked up the table below. You must search the table by two contiguous digits. For example, the number 123456 will be coded as (start)(12)(34)(56)(stop) - translated as string "Ê-CYË".
